Thismeans that you have a responsible pointof contact for management, planning andmonitoring which enables us to achievepeak performance in complex projects.The combination of project control, projectmanagement and technical & economicconsulting allows extremely economicalsolutions to be realized in very short timeframes.
We establish the planning team at a veryearly stage and involve its members in goal
definition with you. The architect shouldbe integrated into the General ConstructionManagement team from the preliminaryplanning phase. At the same time, we carry
out screening of potential contractors.
As soon as the planning requirements and draftarchitectural design are finalized, we undertakequalified contractor selection basedon rough specifications and sign Letters ofIntent. We then work with planners and contractorsto optimize the draft design until itmatches your goals and the fixed budget.
The contractors make firm offers on thebasis of the optimized design. If offers arein line with the cost plan, we then awardcontracts to the contractors on your behalf
following consultation with you.
You can then lean back and allow us tomanage execution of the project throughto a largely defect-free handover. To ensurethat we not only control ourselves, youshould arrange for third-party controlling independent of us.
