In the case of large-scale projects, the area under development can be divided into sub-lots based on the market situation, as this ensures a flexible approach. By controlling the planning specifications on behalf of the developer – for example a local government body, a development company or a private investor – our construction management planning makes a substantial contribution to the economic success of the project.

Sale prices in line with the market can only be achieved after the land-use plan comes into force.
